This meeting is kindly being sponsored by Steria UK and will be themed around key support activities and how to get best value from the support offered by SAP plus the new functionality being made available in the latest version of Solution Manager.
 
SAP will present the session Leveraging the baseline value from Enterprise Support.  What you need to have in place from SAP Solution Manager perspective to extract all possible value scenarios from Enterprise Support.
 
An SAP representative will deliver the presentation The significance of new developments in Solution Manager to bring benefits to your business.  What are the new main features and benefits included in Support Pack 18 from SAP Solution Manager.
 
Mathias Fabienke from SAP AG will present to the group What standards do you work to in your business that bring structure?  Run SAP defines standards for solution operations to manage SAP solutions, as well as the methodology for the implementation of these solutions. This session will provide an overview of the standards and also provide an overview of a Run SAP project.
 
Paul Baines from Steria UK will present to the group Why Run SAP & How to Ensure Success.  Why Steria embraced Run SAP, including Run SAP strategy – what and more importantly who do we need to put Run SAP in place, and Steria’s scalable model for operations and solution manager.
 
Timo Schumacher from SAP AG will present CCOE – The new Customer Centre of Excellence.  The Customer Competence Center program has been recast as the Customer Center of Expertise program (Customer COE) and guides you with a quality management framework to help maximize the return on your SAP investment. With a clear focus on ensuring business continuity and managing innovation, a key objective of the Customer COE program is to aid in the adoption of best practices, empowering you to drive successful collaboration between your internal units (Business and IT), as well as, collaboration externally to SAP and their partners. This session will cover Customer COE  – Areas of Action, Customer Situation / Procedure to establish, Customer COE Services and Value Proposition / Benefits.
 
Craig Dale from the SAP User Group will give an update on Enterprise Support from a User Group Position.  This session will give an overview of what the User Group has accomplished on your behalf and what our current plans are.     
        
Nicola Carlaw from SAP will present SAP Customer Success Council.  Nicola, Head of Customer Success at SAP UK, will provide an overview of the council, which is made up of key SAP representatives and User Group  members to evaluate customer feedback and where appropriate, develop initiatives to increase levels of customers satisfaction.
